For this month's Wine Blogging Wednesday #20 the assignment was to chose a white wine from the non-Big three whites. We choose a delicious Chenin Blanc that was refreshing and clean, bursting with citrus, green apple and floral melon flavors. This wine is crisp and tart with a nice finish that lingers on your tongue. It's a perfect fruity wine for people like us who don't like things too sweet.
