All's "Well" at Hatch's

During our recent stay in Truro on the Cape, Alice's brother, Michael, discovered a gem of a fish market in the neighboring town of Wellfleet. Hatch's is a family-run business that has been in existence for 50+ years, and we frequented it on three separate occasions during our five-day visit - it was THAT GOOD.  We sampled raw cherrystone and littleneck clams, some of the best tuna sashimi ever, and also grilled swordfish, bluefish, and striped bass. We even had Hatch's smoked salmon for breakfast! Everything was 100% fresh and of the highest quality. Hatch's offers an amazingly diverse range of seafood, and we look forward to visiting it again to try more of this quaint little market's delicacies.
