The New Atlantic City

Next time we’re down in Atlantic City, we want to stop by the Borgata Hotel and Casino to have a chat with hotel wine directors Shawn Dore or Inez Ribustello to see if they can introduce us to a few extraordinary wines and maybe even share a bottle or two with us. We hear the Borgata has over 13,000 bottles. A tour of their cellar would be a great way to spend an evening.
